	Peg Percival – Executive Director Peggy came on board as our Executive Director in January of 2008.  Her vibrant personality and 23 years of experience as a Mary Kay Independent Senior Sales Director has empowered her to fulfill the many duties that her position entails.  She is the proud mother of 2 children; daughter, Nicole, studied abroad in London and graduated from Grand Valley College and is employed as a chemist with a pharmaceutical company in Allegan, MI, and her son, Kyle, is a collegiate football player and an All-American Sprinter and a graduate of Alma College in Athletic administration.  In her spare time she plays volleyball and golf, and enjoys being involved with her church in Angola, IN.  Her passion for helping single mothers and spreading the love of Christ are the foundation of everything that she does for the Compassion Pregnancy Center.
	Board of Directors
	Mari Bowers- Client Services Director & Volunteer Trainer Mari is responsible for overseeing everything that happens here at our centers.  She helps ensure that our client programs are effective, and she trains all of our volunteers.  She has 5 children and 19 grandchildren, which are the light of her life.  Her degree in Human Services from Bethel College has enabled her to carry out the duties of her job with the compassion of Christ.  She has been with our centers (primarily the LaGrange Center) for 4 ½ years and counting.  She also enjoys leading Bible studies and youth group retreats.  Melisa Lewton- Client Services Coordinator Melisa assists Mari (her mother) with all of the paperwork and data entry that goes along with the services that we provide here at the centers.  She began volunteering at the CPC in 2004, and was hired as our Client Services Coordinator in September of 2008.  She has also served as our VIP Coordinator in the past.  She and her husband, Jason, have 5 children, which keep her very busy.  She has a passion for helping teens choose abstinence for their lives, and she enjoys working with youth whenever she can. Marilyn Wagner - Bookkeeper She lives on Lake Gage with her husband Dave, and they have two sons and two grandchildren. She enjoys gardening and the lake. She also works for a real estate appraiser. Tammi McCoy will be heading up a Bible study for the Compassion Pregnancy Center. The Bible Study will be for post-abortion recovery. This is an 8 week session, that will have a powerful impact for all women involved. This will be offered twice a year in the fall and spring, starting Fall of 2009. Tammi is a member of Sonlight Community Church. She is involved in women's ministry and she is a story teller for the children. Tammi is married to John McCoy and they have three children Ryan, Dawson and Micah. Tammi feels very blessed and wants all women to know and accept God's love because we are all sinners, but have an awesome God who forgives. Jessica Compton - Administrative Assistant She grew up in Fremont, attended college for a few years and then headed to New Orleans to help with Hurricane Katrina relief.  While in New Orleans Jessica experienced God's love in a powerful way.  Since then, she has developed a deep passion for life and children.  Jessica also met her husband Mark in New Orleans and they are currently enjoying their second year of marriage.  Jessica and Mark enjoy attending the Hill, being active outside, spending time with family and playing with their dog Duke. Matt Gingerich – VIP Director Matt is the coordinator of our VIP program, which promotes abstinence in our local middle and high schools.  He is also the Assistant Pastor at Eden Worship Center in Topeka, IN.  Matt is very musically talented, and he recently released a CD with his brother, Jason, entitled “Wayfaring Stranger.”  He and his wife, Danielle, have three young children.
